One of my favorite salads to have “someone else” make for me has always been the standard “mixed greens” salad at Flatbread Pizza here in Portland. Upon talking a waitress into giving me the list of ingredients, and converting non-raw items to their raw equivalent, I quickly got to work trying to whisk up the perfect proportions, with fantastic results!
