Simple Pesto

Pesto is such an easy, tasty, and multi-functional “sauce” to have around the house that I try to have some on hand at all times.  It can be a quick sauce on zucchini noodles or lasagna, a savory spread on my favorite rosemary crackers, and so much more.  The addition of other favorite ingredients like sundried tomatoes or olives kicks it up yet another notch, but this simple pesto recipe is all you really need.
