Today was such a lovely day of sharing with friends who are new to raw food recipes, thanks to Elizabeth Fraser (aka, Girl Gone Raw)!
Elizabeth’s class led us through “A Day in the Life of a Raw Foodie”, which included:

- Cashew Cilantro Burgers
- Veggie Stir (Un) Fry
- Raw Almond Butter
- Cherry Fudge Bites
- Coconut Chocolate Donut Holes
Such great company today. It was so wonderful to hear everyone’s stories about why they were interested in raw food recipes, what everyone thought of each recipe, and share some laughter as we all stuffed our faces full of delicious food.
